THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do: - fresh hand made pasta ( tagliatelle, bow ties, garganelli, tagliolini, pappardelle, colored pasta and different flours) - ravioli e tortelli - spaghetti alla carbonara menu can be changed according to your exigences (veggie, no pork ,...). If you want other days or hours, just write me and i will do my best to satisfy you. We will welcome you on board and first of all we would like you to relax on our comfortable and wide Italian wooden boat "Atma". We will smoothly move along the cost in the calm water of the lake, enjoying some drink and watch some amazing private villas and gardens, visible only from the lake. We will visit this magic Island Comacina where we will tell you some story... Then we will pass in fron of Villa Balbianello, Villa Cassinella, Villa Balbiano and many others. Stopping in some special corner you can enjoy some prosecco, get the sun, swimm and relax. After that we will go back at the starting point. In case there is no availability on the calendar try to contact me anyway, we may find a solution for you! The cruise will be subject to the weather conditions. In case of storm we could go back to the port earlier or don't even start sailing. This experience is 1 hour but on request we can make customised tours or special services when is possible. We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 20 HD edited photos (individual) and 40 (for a couple) by private gallery in 15 days after the session. If you want a photoshoot in another city or location, villa or hotel or a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Other things: *I always recommend to dress neutral colors and avoid red, pink and flag colors. *In case of rain, photoshoot is scheduled for another time or day or in your Airbnb (we must talk) Remember: don't be late. Explore the old centre of Porlezza-the perfect spot for an ice-cream or aperitivo before starting the climb into the mountains. Visit the wine cellar and then enjoy the wine tasting session in the tasting terrace surrounded by Alps and an amazing view on Lake Como. With the guide of the winemaker you will enjoy 3 fine wines paired with local food delicacies, white wine with local ham and olive oil, red wine with local cheese and other sophisticated pairings. In this experience I will take photos and show you my town walking through the alleys and cobblestones stairways of Bellagio. We will stop to admire Lake Como from a point where the view from above is wonderful. We will arrive down to the edge of the lake and walk a bit along the lakefront where the landscape becomes all close together. Here we will have the Lake and the mountains behind you. Half of the time we will be in the middle of the alleys and the other half by the lake. In all this time I will take photos of you, we will do some poses and some natural photos. I will explain how to pose to look as natural as possible. You will have the photos within a maximum of 7 days. If you want me outside Bellagio do you need to book like a private group. Some info: - Wearing comfortable shoes can help along the way, Bellagio is full of cobblestone stairways. - Floral or pastel colored dresses for her and dark solid colors for him can help with the landscaping. - Always carry your sunglasses with you, they can help on sunny days. La barca dispone di una comoda scaletta per immergersi e risalire a bordo, di un wc e di una doccia con acqua calda. Chi sceglierà il tour della mattina o del pomeriggio potrà ammirare i luminosi e vivaci colori dei villaggi e della costa mentre chi parteciperà al tour serale vedrà il lago e la città quando si accendono le luci notturne creando una visione di straordinaria bellezza. Con un po' di vento e, per chi lo desidera, sarà anche l'occasione per sperimentare la navigazione a vela. In ogni caso gli ospiti saranno incoraggiati a timonare ed a partecipare alle manovre. I would love to invite you to spend a wonderful afternoon in my lake house, with beautiful views of the lake, cooking and eating delicious Italian food paired with local Italian wines. I am passionate about good food and home cooking. But I am more passionate about making good home cooking easy and accessible. And nothing makes me happier than hearing about folks going home and making what they have learnt for friends and family with confidence and loving it. A tour of about 4 km starting in Varenna, a picturesque medieval fishing village on Lake Como, walking along its typical narrow streets and the “Walkway of Lovers”. A unique experience walking mountain trails at sunset, visiting the Castle of Vezio and its breath-taking panorama over the central part of the lake. Waiting the first lights of the night, you’ll enjoy an Exclusive Apericena in the panoramic terrace of the Castle. CASTLE OF VEZIO WILL BE OPEN ONLY FOR YOU UNTIL THE END OF THE EXPERIENCE. You will taste local specialties of the traditional cuisine: a rich Apericena with Prosecco di Valdobbiadene and Italian Aperitivo, local cured Meats, local Cheeses, Bio-Marmelade, Pizza, focaccia Gourmet, snacks..... Return to Varenna with the first lights of the night, walking on the path lit by flashlights. We will welcome you on board in Argegno (easy to arrive by ferry-car-bus) but on request we could manage a different pick up. We drop the mooring and we like to make you comfortable and relaxed on board of our wide Italian wooden boat. While we will offer you some drink and prosecco, we will smoothly move in the most interesting area of the lake. Far away from the chaotic cities, surrounded by the nature, amazing landscape and characteristic towns. We will discover hiden properties with spectacular gardens, historical and moden villas and many of the most exclusive hotels in the world, streight on the lake. In this experience I will take photos and show you my town walking through the alleys and cobblestones stairways of Bellagio. We will stop to admire Lake Como from a point where the view from above is wonderful. We will arrive down to the edge of the lake and walk a bit along the lakefront where the landscape becomes all close together. Here we will have the Lake and the mountains behind you. Half of the time we will be in the middle of the alleys and the other half by the lake. In all this time I will take photos of you, we will do some poses and some natural photos. I will explain how to pose to look as natural as possible. You will have the photos within a maximum of 7 days. If you want me outside Bellagio do you need to book like a private group. This fantastic circular route delivers it all: hidden villages, rustic charm, spectacular lake views, quiet mountain roads to cycle, and a stop on Lake Lugano. Start from the heart of a small Renaissance hamlet with traditional cobbled streets and historic stone houses. Follow the quiet cycle path that was originally the old railway line connecting Lake Como to Lake Lugano. Pass the charming Lake Piano nature reserve; hidden Romanesque churches and tiny villages before arriving directly on the beach of Lake Lugano with expansive views across the water. Explore the old centre of Porlezza-the perfect spot for an ice-cream or aperitivo before starting the climb into the mountains. Ride a section of original medieval road and weave through quaint village squares untouched by tourism. Finish with a panoramic downhill ride with views across Lake Como. This experience showcases the beautifully diverse scenery of the area and shares fun anecdotes of real people's lives. DIFFICULTY: Expect an active, mini adventure of 28km with uphills, downhills, narrow village roads and some gravel sections. Athleticism, confidence and understanding of a geared bicycle are required. An e-bike is a normal bicycle including battery assistance for uphills. OPTIONAL: Pick up from Menaggio ferry station paid on-site and requested in advance. The ferry connects to Bellagio, Varenna and Como among others.
